I’d like to preface this post by saying I am not a religious person,
but I will never deny anyone the right to enjoy what faith they have.

President Obama April 7, 2015 said:
…as a Christian, I am supposed to love. And I have to say that sometimes when I listen to less than loving expressions by Christians, I get concerned.
President Obama February 5, 2015 said:
Unless we get on our high horse and think that this is unique to some other place, remember that during the Crusades and Inquisition, people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ,” Obama said. “In our home country, slavery and Jim Crow all too often was justified in the name of Christ.
Thomas F. Madden, The Real History of the Crusades book, here in pdf clears up a lot. Or if you prefer to see a video on the crusades.
Here are some excerpts.
the Crusades to the East were in every way defensive wars. They were a direct response to Muslim aggression—an attempt to turn back or defend against Muslim conquests of Christian lands.
in traditional Islam, Christian and Jewish states must be destroyed and their lands conquered.
Muslim kingdoms were becoming more, not less, powerful in the 14th, 15th, and 16th centuries. The Ottoman Turks conquered not only their fellow Muslims, thus further unifying Islam, but also continued to press westward, capturing Constantinople and plunging deep into Europe itself. By the 15th century, the Crusades were no longer errands of mercy for a distant people but desperate attempts of one of the last remnants of Christendom to survive.
According to Open Door.
322 Christians are killed for their faith every MONTH!
214 Churches and Christian properties destroyed every MONTH!
772 Acts of violence against Christians are carried out every MONTH!
Islamic State blows up an 80 year old Church of the Virgin Mary in Syria
All six UNESCO World Heritage sites in Syria have been damaged
As mentioned by Star Parker author of Blind Conceit said on Hannity,
frankly verbal rape, he (Obama) pulled the air out of the room, 4000 people there to unify, the question was can 3 major religions get along, can the Jew, can the Muslim, can the Christian they came together to pray. He (Obama) is so blind with arrogance and conceit he didn’t even notice that the audience wasn’t even all Christians, there were 130 different countries trying to figure out can we resolve this.
Why is he always so protective of the muslim faith and not of christianity? Why does he speak of things that happened in the 1100’s? He is so bent on becoming a spokesperson for Muslims in a country that was founded on Judeo-Christian principles. I guess the problem is Jews and Christians. People who for the most part get along, and if we have a problem we usually talk it out. We don’t cut off each others heads or burn someone.
So is it any wonder that people think Obama is a Muslim? There are so many instances that inflame this thinking.
Oh, I forgot, but Obama didn’t, he included slavery. His favorite divisive topic, racism. How else can he not have people speak up about what he just said about Christians, he quickly sneaks in his favorite way to shut people up. No one wants to be labeled a racist. But he is the biggest one. Yet he was raised by his white Mother and her white parents. What is this guys problem? Is it a Father issue, typical of children missing their Father, they gravitate towards the one that is missing, and forgetting about the ones in front of their face.
It appears that he is as confused about his faith as he is in his mixed-race life.
Christians even to this day are being killed throughout the world. Why because they are Christians. We are not talking 1000 years ago. Today, women and children are being rapped, killed, sold into slavery, beheaded, children buried alive! So the idea that the President of the United States would bring something up from 1000 years ago and leaning towards the Muslim point of view, when this is going on today, baffles my mind.
For blogging out loud)) he still will not say Islamic Extremism, why, if there were Christian Extremism would he not say that? So, did Christians get a bum rap from the President, you betcha!
Here is where I agree with Obama, he said: …”I fall short so often.”))
