“Beltane” is what the ancient Celts called May Day. The day marks halfway between spring and summer. A time that coincides with the return of fertility to the earth.
Look at this picture and compare it to the pictures on May Day 2017.
A stand in for May Day is Loyalty Day. A proclamation announced by our President Trump. A day to
“recognize and reaffirm our allegiance to the principles upon which our nation is built.”
It’s also called Law Day another proclamation by President Trump.
“…on this Law Day, we rededicate ourselves to the rule of law, to the separation of powers, and, in the words of President Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address, to the preservation of “government of the people, by the people, for the people.”
May Day (also known as International Worker’s Day) currently has been hijacked by labor unions, CASA in Action, Beyond the Moment, Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action, Integration & Immigrant Rights, Fight for Equality By Any Means Necessary (BAMN), immigrants, socialists, anarchists, LGBTQ, NAMBLA, etc.
May Day could also be called ANTIFA day because they sure take advantage of it.
ANTIFA:
- Anti-fascism, the opposition to fascist ideologies, groups, and individuals.
- Anti-Fashistische Aktion (German anti-fascist organization)
- Anti-First Amendment
- Anarchists
A note about the following photos.
What started out as a photo essay turned out to be a documented record of all the people attending. I don’t believe that people should be allowed to hide their face and carry weapons (sticks) that have been used on heads. So we included all photos. High def photos available.
But this anarchy is fueled by our socialist mayor Bill De Blasio who said
“Guess what,” “There are a lot more of us than there are of Donald Trump supporters.”
To which someone screamed
“You don’t like America, then go back!”
So there’s hope.
When you look at the people the (after the fact) phrase, “but he was such a nice kid”, comes to mind. I saw couples holding hands and looking sweet. A kid that will shave in a couple of years, but he got his black on, ready to be pulled into the left’s cause. There was the head shaved radical looking chick. The leader that everyone was so focused on, for without him, the flock would just spread out everywhere not knowing what to do.
One thing that stood out was the people chanting
“What do we want? Socialism!”
I guess they haven’t heard about Venezuela.
So, if you see anyone you know, maybe you shouldn’t know them.
Interesting to see the First Amendment front and center,
but they overlooked the keyword, peaceably! New York was relatively mild.
One thing is for sure our First Amendment has been stepped on.
Location: Union Square in New York City.
Many innocent bystanders may have been photographed at this location and we are not suggesting that they are part of the law-breaking ANTIFA movement.
For blogging out loud)) the left sure knows how to screw up a happy day.))
